Here at BPC Advisors, we enjoy the television program - 60 Minutes. Sunday night, there was an informative piece on Coronavirus and the economy. The interview of Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank President Neel Kashkari was helpful in explaning his view on the economy and the Fed's role in helping the country navigate this challenge. We felt Neel did a very good job of explaining complex economic concepts to viewers.
Without recapping the video, we took comfort in knowing that the Federal Reserve is willing and able to act quickly to shore up the markets with the tools they have available to them.
