I will admit it, I’m a late adopter of podcasts. Despite the fact, I have truly enjoyed adding podcasts as part of my daily driving routine and weekly lawn mowing. If you too are late to the podcast scene, below are a few of my favorite podcast shows:
How I Built This with Guy Raz – NPR – This is my favorite podcast. Entrepreneurs share their stories of how they build their businesses, sharing the ups and downs along the way.
Startup Podcast – Gimlet Media – Alex Blumberg left NPR’s Planet Money and started a podcast company Gimlet media a few years ago. The Startup podcast is his experience of the process. His storytelling is top notch. All of Gimlet Media’s podcasts are worth discovering.
Choiceology with Dan Heath – A new branded podcast from Charles Schwab that “explores the lessons of behavioral economics, exposing the psychological traps that lead to expensive mistakes.” This podcast is new, but I’m a big fan of Dan Heath and his storytelling.
Planet Money – NPR – A long-established program that has been around for over 10 years. In their own words, Planet Money provides “creative, entertaining ways to make sense of the big, complicated forces that move our economy.”
